DELIVERY POLICY

The Delivery takes place in 2-3 working Days.
  • We deliver our products in all cities of U.A.E (only within the city limits), free of charge as an extra service to our customers.
  • Please make sure that the information is filled up completely on the checkout page to get a prompt delivery.
  • Delivery will be made by a third party courier company. 
  • The courier company will get in contact with you to confirm the timing and date of delivery.
  • In case of delay in delivery kindly contact us on 0000  or WhatsApp on 0000 or drop us an email on info 0000
  • In case of any defects the delivery for replacement is made free of cost.
  • The replacement may take up to 6-7 working days in case of defects.
  • In urgent situations the customers can walk in directly to our office and make the replacement immediately.
NOTE: We do not deliver out of U.A.E and city limits. (City limits do not include far away areas where the courier company cannot deliver such as Mountain Ranges, Border and Free Zones).
Delivery information such as Customer Name, Location, Address and Contact Number will be stored for delivery purposes. Other personal identifiable information will not be stored.
